What is Striker Club?

Striker is a digital sports art collectible platform, with a mission to revolutionise the way sports fans and sports artists across the world engage with the sport they love. We are laser-focused on developing best-in-class engaging games and utilities, scalable and sustainable economics for our user community, comprising sports lovers, gamers and NFT (non-fungible token) enthusiasts.

Striker works with a community of artists across India to create digital art collectibles. In addition to the remuneration that the artist gets for their creation, we are also working with our artist community to give them more recognition and offer them better earning opportunities for eg. artists will get paid out commission when their art is sold to the fans.

What Striker Aims to Solve

Striker aims to be a stepping stone for sports loving audiences to experience the power of true digital ownership of in-game assets in the form of collectible cards of different artistic representations of players. Striker addresses the gaps in existing ecosystem in the following ways -

• Ownership of Assets — Most games relating to sports on Web2 do not have any concept of asset ownership that can eventually be turned into cash, cash equivalents or rewards. Furthermore, the ownership of assets is not publicly verifiable, making it difficult to exchange and trade assets or ascribe value to assets beyond the ecosystem. Striker enables users to own digital assets — with proof of ownership, unique serial numbers and limited supply in the form of NFTs.

• Monetisation opportunities for Gamers — Billions of dollars are spent every year on the purchase of in-game assets and millions of hours are spent on game engagement. However, there is a one way flow of money from the users to a select group of gaming publishers and application stores. Striker enables play and earn mechanics, where users can monetise the digital assets they own across engaging and fun games.
• Engaging Gameplay — Striker combines the compelling gameplay of traditional games with the economic design and earning opportunities of blockchain games.
• Better earning opportunities & recognition for artists — Striker aims to enable sports artists across the world to follow and monetise their passion meaningfully. For all the games built in the Striker ecosystem, the art community will get a share of the cards being sold on t platform.
